If you can log in to the My Order interface to cancel or change the delivery address within 30 minutes after placing the order. If you want to modify the delivery address 30 minutes after placing an order, you need to contact us at contact@diamonele.com to modify it. Return Request

If it is because of the lack of goods, damaged functions, etc., you want to apply for a return or exchange. Please keep the unpacking video, product pictures, and other evidence to provide us. If the item is missing, we will not accept the application for return or exchange. We will resend the missing item to you, and we will bear the cost of resending the item.
